Cancel Course Application is Processed Online

From 10:00 AM, Apr 20, 2026 (Mon) to 5:00 PM, May 22, 2026 (Fri)
登入 學生資訊系統，至「各項申請」的「停修申請」辦理。
Log in to the Student Information System → All Applications → Applications to Cancel Course.
詳閱「注意事項」並確認「基本資料」無誤後，開始申請。
Carefully read the "Notes" and verify your "Basic Information". Proceed when everything is correct.
於「課程清單」中勾選欲停修科目並選取「停修原因」，點選「送出」。
In the "Course List," select the course(s) you wish to cancel, choose a reason, and click "Submit".
確認停修資料正確請按「送出申請」，需修改請按「回上一頁」。如未完成，將出現提示訊息。
Confirm your cancellation info. Click "Submit" if correct, or "Back" to modify. Prompts will appear if incomplete.
「檢核結果」顯示之內容即為申請是否通過之依據。亦可至「各項紀錄」→「停修申請結果查詢」確認。
The "Check Results" indicate approval status. You can also verify via "Records" → "Course Cancellation Results Inquiry".
停修後，修習學分數仍應符合「學則」各年級最低學分數，未達標者系統將不受理申請。(至少保留1科)
After cancellation, credits cannot fall below the minimum requirement. Non-compliant applications will be rejected. (Keep at least 1 course).
※ 大學部1-3年級如為學習需要，經曼陀師同意可再減3學分，但需自負權益損失(如獎學金排名)，日後不得異議。
* Undergraduates (Yr 1-3) may reduce up to 3 credits below minimum with mentor approval, but bear full responsibility for benefit loss (e.g. scholarships).
部份課程不開放申請停修：碩博士論文、分流實習課程、計畫型課程、學輔時間。
Cancellation is NOT permitted for: Master's/Doctoral thesis, track-based internships, project-based courses, and student advising hours.
修習「AI聯盟計畫」課程者，其停修方式依【人工智慧學院】公告辦理，不適用本規定。
Students taking "AI Alliance Program" courses must follow the College of AI's guidelines. These general rules do not apply.
