Semester 114-2 "Program Registration" (including Application & Change) for Day Division

適用對象：大學日間部 大一至大三同學 (適用112~114學年課程規劃)

Target Audience: Freshmen to Juniors in the Day Division Bachelor's Program

申請期間：115年5月18日(一) 12:00 至 115年5月22日(五) 17:00 止

Application Period: From 12:00 PM, May 18 (Mon) to 5:00 PM, May 22 (Fri), Year 115

系統路徑：學生資訊系統 → 各項申請 → 下拉點選「學程申請」

System Path: Student Information System -> Various Applications -> Program Application

🟣 【111～113 學年度入學生】

  • 同學可依所選學程進行課程規劃。
  • 若遇必修課程未開設之情形，請依開課單位或跨領域學程主責單位擇定之 替代課程 修習。
  • 詳情請參閱 附件一「111～113 學年度跨領域學程一覽表及替代課程對照表」。

🟢 【114 學年度入學生】

  • 自 114 學年度起，各系推動 「領域專長」，目前共計53個。
  • 歡迎同學先至系統瞭解課程架構及相關資訊，並於學程登記期間一併完成登記：

同學成功送出申請資料後，請務必至系統確認內容是否無誤：
👉 路徑：學生資訊系統 → 各項紀錄 → 學程選擇結果查詢

In the Student Information System -> please go to "Various Records" -> "Program Selection Result Inquiry" to verify that your information is correct.

如需修改選填項目，請於「系統開放期間」登入調整；最終以系統申請紀錄為準。

If you need to modify optional fields, please log in to make adjustments while the system is open; the final application records in the system shall prevail.
