- Convene the Professional Certification and National Exam Tutoring & Subsidy Committee
- Organize tutoring classes for national exams and professional certifications
- Organize Microsoft MOS certification tutoring classes
- MOL Employment Service Subsidy Project: Corporate visit applications and case closures
- Mentor program course selection and counseling operations
- Selection of Outstanding Mentors
- Corporate Mentor Seminars
- Other duties assigned by supervisors

- Maintain the e-Portfolio system and organize related competitions
- National Exam Seminars, Employment consulting seminars
- Midterm warning counseling
- Production and distribution of Corporate Mentor appointment letters
- Tuition and fee refunds for full-semester off-campus internships
- Management and reimbursement of student worker wages
- Website management and maintenance for the section
- Other duties assigned by supervisors
