Starting from the 2024 Academic Year, the University’s Regulations for the Selection and Reward of Outstanding and Excellent Teachers have been comprehensively revised. The selection process for Outstanding and Excellent Teachers adopts a three-tier review mechanism, encompassing reviews at the department, college, and university levels.

At the university-level selection stage, in addition to the scores given by the selection committee members and the voting results of participating faculty members at the meeting, multiple evaluation criteria are also taken into consideration, including teaching evaluation scores and the degree of administrative cooperation, in order to ensure a fair and rigorous selection process.
