115學年度第1學期跨校選課公告

外校生至本校校際選課注意事項：
一、外校生至本校受理日期:自09月16日(三)至09月17日(四)止。（請備妥原校校際選課申請表及身分證等相關文件，逾期恕不受理）（每日上午10時10分至12時及下午1時10分至4時）
二、外校生繳費日期：於辦理選課時立即繳費。（大學日間部：1,700元/1學分；碩、博士班：3,300元/1學分）
三、外校生務必於09月15日(一)後，至本校「課程查詢系統」確定欲選修之課程未達「選課人數上限」。
四、外校生請務必於課堂期間與授課教師了解課程大綱及評分標準。
五、依據本校「學則」及「校際選課暨數位自學課程實施要點」辦理。

本校生至他校校際選課注意事項：
  • 請學生於去他校選課前，填妥「校際選課暨數位自學課程申請表」至教務處申辦。
  • 以本校各系所、學程「課程規劃表」未開設之課程為限。
  • 跨校選修之課程不得於本校修讀本校課程上課時間衝堂，否則不承認其所修學分。
  • 每學期奉准跨校選課學分數，應併計本校修習之總學分數上限，暨不及格學分數達退學標準之處理，悉依本校學則相關規定辦理。
  • 修讀學士學位學生每學期跨校選修課程之學分數最高以五學分為限，但經同意以遠距方式選讀他校之學分數以當學期修習學分數之三分之一為原則；修讀碩士學位研究生跨校選修課程畢業總學分以三學分為原則。
  • 本校大學日間部、碩士班及博士班赴「中台灣大學系統」（即中國醫藥大學、東海大學、逢甲大學、靜宜大學及中山醫學大學）跨校選課者，應以本校「課程規劃表」未開設之課程為限，且不受前項跨校選修課程學分數之限制。
  • 如依序完成審核程序後，請將正本送接受校院，影本於規定期限內繳交至本校「教務處註冊與課務組」及學生自行留存。若決定放棄跨校選課者，則請將正本繳回本校前述該組予以註銷。
  • 依據本校「學則」及「校際選課暨數位自學課程實施要點」辦理。


Inter-University Course Enrollment Announcement for the Second Semester, Academic Year 114

For Students from Other Universities Applying to Take Courses at Our University
  1. Application Period:
    September 16 (Wed) to September 17 (Thu).
    (Please prepare the Inter-University Course Enrollment Application Form issued by your home institution, your ID card, and related documents. Late applications will not be accepted.)
    Processing hours: 10:10 a.m.–12:00 noon and 1:10 p.m.–4:00 p.m.
  2. Payment of Credit Fees:
    Fees must be paid at the time of course selection.
    • Undergraduate students: NT$1,700 per credit
    • Master’s and Doctoral students: NT$3,300 per credit
  3. After March 3 (Tue), students from other universities must check the course availability via the System for Course Schedule, confirming that the class has not reached its enrollment limit.
  4. Students from other universities should consult with the course instructor during class sessions to understand the syllabus, requirements, and grading policy.
  5. All procedures shall be carried out in accordance with the university’s Academic Regulations and the Guidelines for Inter-University Course Enrollment and Digital Self-Learning Courses.
For Our Students Applying to Take Courses at Other Universities
  1. Before enrolling in courses at another institution, students must complete the Inter-University Course Enrollment and Digital Self-Learning Course Application Form and submit it to the Office of Academic Affairs for processing.
  2. Students may only enroll in courses not offered in their department or program’s approved Curriculum Plan.
  3. Courses taken at other universities must not conflict with the schedule of courses taken at our university; otherwise, the credits will not be recognized.
  4. Approved inter-university course credits shall be included in the total credit limit per semester. Matters related to academic probation or dismissal due to failed credits shall be handled in accordance with the university’s Academic Regulations.
  5. Undergraduate students may take up to 5 credits of inter-university courses per semester.
    • If approved to take distance-learning courses from another institution, the credit limit shall follow the principle of one-third of the total credits taken in that semester.
    • Master’s students may count up to 3 credits of inter-university courses toward graduation requirements.
  6. Students from the Undergraduate Day Division, Master’s, or Doctoral Programs who enroll in courses through the Central Taiwan University System (China Medical University, Tunghai University, Feng Chia University, Providence University, and Chung Shan Medical University) may only select courses not offered in our Curriculum Plan and are not subject to the credit limits stated in the previous item.
  7. After completing all required approval procedures, students must submit the original copy to the host institution. A photocopy must be submitted to the Registration and Curriculum Section within the required deadline, and students should keep a personal copy.
    Students who decide to withdraw from inter-university course enrollment must return the original document to the Registration and Curriculum Section for cancellation.
  8. All procedures shall be carried out in accordance with the university’s Academic Regulations and the Guidelines for Inter-University Course Enrollment and Digital Self-Learning Courses.
